This book provides an account on the life story of
the 215 brave and faithful souls who were martyred
in Iran from 1978-1992. Their blood has been shed
and mingled into the earth creating a medium to nurture
the efflorescence of the unity of mankind. The life
stories of these lions and lionesses in the jungle
of faithfulness were taken from varied sources…
Some have been previously published in newspaper,
or in journals, while others were taken from accounts
received directly from families, friends, and teachers
of these martyrs.
Within the pages of this book some of the tales of
the pure souls, lovers, true self-effacing faithful
servants and immortal phoenixes of the Cause of God
are recounted. It is hoped that other souls may also
become enkindled by that same flame which bestowed
immortality upon them. May this humble contribution
encourage others to recount the courageous and exciting
history of the early believers.
